Each Ewald home takes approximately 4 months to complete.
Our custom home building process begins with a one on one personal consultation with Dave Ewald.
You can pick your lot, decide on a house plan and choose the design aspects best suited for your lifestyle and budget. There are many things to consider before construction begins. Dave will help you determine what design elements and features are necessary to build a house that fits the needs of your family. Proper placement and sizing for mud rooms, laundry facilities, walk in closets and major living areas are all important considerations.
Dave will also discuss the components and materials that will be used in the construction of your custom home. Durability and functionality must mesh with your budget and style. You will be involved in the selection of every component for your new home including the water heater, furnace, plumbing accessories, electrical accessories and trim.
You will also be given a range of options to enhance energy efficiency, and state of the art communications connectivity through internet and satellite wiring. Complete automatic customization can be built into your home, giving you control from anywhere. Air conditioning, heating, lighting and security are all accessible from your mobile device, anywhere in the world.
Once the blueprints are drawn up, construction can begin. You will be involved in the custom home construction process, and updated every step of the way. In fact, you will be able to visit the Ewald Homes Facebook page to view images of your new home as it is being built. Dave then works alongside the craftsmen, guiding the construction process and managing the project. He ensures everything stays on target and is completed on schedule.
